Hi, I’m Alexis – owner of Holton It Down LLC. With 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, I’ve worn a lot of hats, navigated plenty of challenges, and learned that some of the best solutions come from being able to see the bigger picture while understanding all the moving pieces.

I’m a problem-solver at heart. I enjoy digging into challenges, connecting the dots, and helping organizations figure out what comes next. Whether it’s strengthening operations, supporting people and teams, navigating organizational change, developing strategy, or identifying opportunities for growth, I bring a broad range of experience and a practical, hands-on approach to the table.

I’ve worked across many areas of nonprofit leadership, and one thing I’ve learned is that organizations don’t always need someone with all the answers. Sometimes they need a trusted thought partner who can ask the right questions, bring a fresh perspective, roll up their sleeves, and help turn challenges into solutions.

That’s why I created Holton It Down LLC.

My goal is simple: to help organizations settle the chaos, strengthen what’s working, find solutions for what isn’t, and hold things together when things get complicated.
